Statement by leading chess publishers on the FIDE Book of the Year competition
As chess publishers we are politically neutral, but respect international law. Therefore, due to the present close links between FIDE and the Russian authorities, the undersigned publishers have decided not to take part in the FIDE Book of the Year competition.
